Revel Minot, SureStay Collection by Best Western

The location is good.. near shops and places to eat. The employees were friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was some unclean areas in the room and some small stains on the walls. I carry Lysol wipes with me, so I didn't bother the staff. The housekeeping staff could be a bit more attentive.

Staff was really friendly. The room was clean and I would highly recommend staying here. The breakfast was delicious our two daughters loved that they had so many options. The only thing that bummed us out is they closed down breakfast area at 9:30am today. But over all an amaizing place to stay while visiting minot. The records on the wall where pretty cool to look at as well.

Very nice and courteous clerk who checked us in. Room was clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Parts of hotel were outdated but clean. Was able to park our truck and cargo trailer. Temp in room was 58 (outside temp was 70) when we got in so opened window to warm it up! Also, toilet seat was loose. Overall, would recommend staying here.

My stay at your hotel was one of the best hotels I’ve .stayed at. It had everything from the parking because I had an enclosed trailer. I was pulling. to the lobby, where you can have a cocktail, check-in, and then out to the pool area. Wow! . How big was the pool area.? It is huge! It is one of the nicest pool areas. And then the games that were by the pool , so fun! And the best part the pool is open till 11 PM. The room was very nice But the best part of the room was how comfortable and nice the bed was one of the most comfortable bed in a hotel. So my stay was amazing and I definitely will be back to stay again.

The hotel was fine. It's kind of a strange place but overall it was fine. The rooms are very bare, the pool is inside that you access from your room. The staff is polite but not necessarily friendly. They did however have more oatmeal toppings than I ever knew possible.

It was our second time staying at this hotel and the service was great! We really enjoy the lounge in the front lobby, location and service at the front desk. The only suggestion I would say is to have a mat or boot tray for wet shoes and kitchen linen available. We have stayed at a few hotels in Minot over the years and this one is definitely our favorite. :-) Already booked our room for May 2026.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great pool. Our only complaint was our shower was luke warm at best. Our daughter's room next door had fantastic hot water so it's specific to the room we had.

We’ve stayed here many times and stayed two nights last week. The front desk staff, especially George, was very welcoming and took great care of us. Thank you George for getting us checked in early and upgrading our room! We’re back next week so see you then!
